What this site collects
If you complete the call request form, Oak Energy Solutions receives what you typed into it: your name, phone number, email address if you gave one, a description of what you hold, and whatever you wrote in the message field. Nothing else on this site asks you for information.
What it is used for
To call you back and to answer your question. Oak Energy Solutions does not sell, rent or share what you submit with anyone outside the firm, and does not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
Analytics
If web analytics are in use on this site, they record ordinary technical information such as pages viewed, approximate region and the site you arrived from. That information is not used to identify you individually.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising cookies. If you arrive through a link carrying campaign parameters, those are held in your browser for the length of your visit so that an enquiry can be attributed to the right source, and are discarded when you close the tab.
Keeping and removing information
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business records. To ask what is held about you, or to have it deleted, write to pbass@oakenergy.net or call (918) 812-5929 and it will be dealt with.
